i've always thought that daredevil's lack of eyesight is the easiest thing that they could fix in marvel universe. they already have resurrected the dead, time traveled. surely, a blindness caused by just chemical spill would be much easier than cosmic level problems.

@@comedownmachine4682 his fear is just an excuse of the writer to not have the eyesight back but in the realm of technology and magic that was established in the universe itself, it is easy for them to do so. even in our own real world, we already have surgery to make a completely blind person have their sight back.
There is literally a story line that is also playing out in the MCU currently about how fisk goes blind but gets a surgery to have his sight returned.

@@Pugh95Bear Tony isnt stupid, reeds is indeed smarter but he is not a better engineer or multitasker as seen from multiple comic strips. I dont know much about Doom but I doubt he would be much smarter either. So I would say it would pan out with Reed calling him delusional and Doom laughing at him. Then proceeded by Tony fucking them both up because he is, as reeds said, always 15 steps ahead.

I really want to see this in the future movies. Obviously it would have to involve some multiverse stuff. Maybe this Supreme Stark comes to their universe to give them benefits but he’s actually an evil DB otherwise known as Tom Cruise so Daredevil fights him and gets his sight and all that.

A problem I’ve always had with comics is- you have characters who can invent machines that travel through time/dimensions, armor to kill gods, clones, genetic this and that- yet there’s still blind people, poor people, handicap people and so on.

You miss the point. Plus daredevil would have to hinge on another origin story making him less uniqe, less human and less relatabled espto disabled people. If everything in this world was hunky dory then whats the point of making stories if theres no pushback, no big bad, no moral, ethical, philosophical etc dillema. And yeah ofc in real life people would take that easy way out. Being disabled isnt easy but this isnt the real world. Its fiction

Huh, sound does not travel better Underwater. It Travels Faster yes, but it takes wayy mroe energy to produce soundwaves. So a heartbeat underwater would be impossible to hear even for DD and his echo location wouldnt work bc ther isnt a strong enough sound maping anything. AND his other senses like the feeling of air, destroying his echo location even more.

Iron Man is such a broken written character. He's a planetary level genius, he could literally advance human civilization thousands of years ahead of its time, but he chooses to fuck, drink wine, and play hero. By the time he knows he's wasted his time, It's already too late though, he'd have grown old or his days would've been numbered. Such a huge potential in a single character, most of it though is wasted. This could literally be the basis of a What If?.. episode.

The big issue is how matt became blind it was not caused by genetics or a simple disease it was by a specific radioactive acid in his eyes which traveled also went to his sensory cortex all his physical and mental senses enhanced a hundred fold at the cost of his sight to reverse his blindness will reverse his super senses as well which all it will do is make matt a skilled human fighter that’s it. Even magic seems to have a limit on this unique blindness cause. It will not work because of the physics behind the chemicals.

I’m so glad the MCU never got further into the tony stark is a monster thing beyond obviously his creation of Ultron. If the MCU had tony for say, another decade, I feel would definitely would’ve ended up seeing this version of tony eventually.
