Hey Trini! When I am hand catching, the bottom sensors actually will identify my hand when landing. It takes a second, but the drone will lower then pause for a few seconds. (It's important not to reach for the drone because it will begin flying up.) So just wait for it to pause then after a few seconds the drone will lower itself into your hand and you can grab it then. Also make sure to keep holding the throttle down on the remote so it turns off the propellers once you have grabbed it. Hope that helps! I'll post a video with tips to hand catch a drone soon.
