    Doctor...arent insulin and c peptide inappropriately high in SU abuse?

      Yes Dr, inappropriately high Insulin and C peptide levels along with simultaneous hypoglycaemia is also encountered in Sulphonylurea Abuse.
      The case stem discussed here is just to elicit the different types of factitious hypoglycaemias, not all the types. Thank you for your keen observation!
