PRO exploration tip: to every shrine on the ground correspond a lightroot in the depths. That's the easiest way to find all shrines and lightroot locations.
Another exploration tip: Talk to NPCs and listen to what they have to say. Sometimes they may lead you to a point of interest or tell you something you might have not known. The lightroots being underneath shrines fact can actually be obtained from Robbie when he is in the depths as he mentions that the lightroot is around below a shrine on the surface.
You're mean at taming horses. You don't need to shoot them, walk up to them holding an apple. When they eat it you can mount them no hassle. Works on them all unless they're special.
If you fuse a glider to a shield you can do the slow mo bow shot after you do the shield surf action. It helps a lot with stunning enemies without having a surface to jump off of.
Here's a new tip I've not seen in these videos: homing arrows (w/eyeballs) will always strike the flux construct directly if it can, stunning that boss for a bit.
Quick tip about the puffshroom : fuse one to a forest dweller weapon to obtain a reusable tactical smoke bomb. When combined with a weapon with improved sneakstrike, it basically trivialise any encounter of the game.
Worth mentioning for the elevator tip: You can rewind any ruins that has recently fallen from the sky, meaning those become quick and easy sky elevators. Most don’t get you all the way back up to the sky islands (the falling ones randomly spawn) but you can use them strategically in ascending an area.
fun fact, flux construct bosses can be defeated by pulling them apart with ultrahand. and if you are out of range and its throwing blocks at you, reverse time on those blocks then ride them back up to the construct. it wont hurt it but you will be able to land ontop
@@Stinkyremy Mechanics of the fight? Debatable. There's many ways to tackle them. Like a bomb arrow, which makes the construct lower, which you can then Ascend through. the easiest way for me to launch gliders was to put two fans on the top, one on each wing, then one fan on the bottom at the very tip which would angle them up enough to lift.
Pro tip: use recall on the falling sky rocks for a big vertical leap. Fuse a small item like a berry to an item you want to save a blueprint of. Maybe even a couple of bombs.
You can also fuse rockets to a shield and it will give you a burst of upward trajectory in a pinch. It also doesn't destroy the shield when it's done, you can attach another rocket to the same shield later.
Always keep a stick or branch with you to fuse the boss special drops for new weapons. They are basically useless as shield fuses 😅 Talus Heart. Boss cores. Etc. They are useless if you dont have a nearby weapon to fuse to
When using recall and master hand to get the wings airborn you can also move them up and forward in the air then back down to you in case lifting the wing up doesn’t do the trick on it’s own
They forget the 2 platform infinite hight elevator by using 2 platforms and standing on the platform you just lifted you can use ultrahand to lift the second platform higher than the first and so then you just stand on the other platform and keep doing this alternating platforms and you can reach way higher

OMG, first time I've seen that Talus strategy. Recall the thrown rocks, ascent up to it's top. It was right there all along.
Just don't use Recall too early, or it won't let you use it, I've had it happening and ate the rocks multiple times
