i kind of recommend kittenscafe asmr, she's such a sweet youtuber and she does these roleplay videos where she speaks almost at regular volume, but still soft enough to get me sleepy the reason i say maybe is because she doesn't edit much (especially her older videos), so there's been occasional loud noises that have woken me up in her videos 😅 i think she has been improving, but mostly i watch her youtube videos as a transition to quieter whisper videos, if that makes sense. but there is still a comforting big sister vibe that i really like about her videos
I also want to recommend Sharon Shares ASMR, she's a small channel but I found her from a Jubilee video, and she's very sweet as well. She does a mix of whispering and soft speaking like this, but she does custom ASMR videos (I've bought four actually), so you have the option of requesting a video at this volume :) She's very friendly and interactive with her audience so definitely recommend her. "My Brother Tries To Guess The ASMR Trigger" might be the volume you're looking for?
