For those who are struggling -> you are not alone friend, we have to find a way to be able to look in the mirror and see someone great and important. This day and age is very rushed and we feel like we are obligated to fix it all during few days, but the older I get the more I understand the value of patience and really sometimes willingness to take your time with healing yourself is the best way you can approach this. Good luck, I believe we can live again. And one day at a time become stronger than our thoughts, that limit us.

@@susiearviso3032 You ARE in control when in trance! You can only be hypnotized if you want to be! It is NOT as it is portrayed in film and television. Hypnosis is NOT evil it can be VERY helpful. I can now do MRIs without ANY panic or clostrophobia thanks to SELF Hypnosis. Keyword: SELF!

I discovered the times I felt guilt and that’s insane. The first time I was conscious of it was when I was 14,, the most repressed was when I was 9 or 8 and the most emotional was a few months back when I was in a serious state of anger and rebellion. I am full now, Mashallah. New glow, new vibe, new everything. But I still am accepting these former versions of myself. Now I am proud of the turn around, alhamdulillah ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ proud of who I am. Loving of who I was and proud of who I was for making it through. So so proud, Mashallah
