ASMR Roleplay | Your First Therapy Session (help for stress, anxiety, intrusive thoughts)

  • Hi guys! This is a roleplay I've been wanting to do for a while now! It's a therapist roleplay in which I whisper, type, ask lots of questions, calm you down, give you mental health tips, light a candle, do breathing exercises, flip through a workbook with you, write notes, demonstrate EFT tapping, and much more. 💜
Please note that this ASMR video is a *roleplay* - I'm not a mental health professional. I did try to recreate how my first ever therapy appointment went though. :)
    Until next time!

But yeah now I enjoy almost anything, except for chewing noises and eating in general, not a big fan of rustling in things, like going through a box full of plastic bags that annoys me so much haha 😂

I’ve been thinking about going to a therapist for a while now, just hard to find one in rural towns rip. Thank you for this, gives me a bit of insight into what it might be like to see a therapist. Very much appreciated 🌸

Absolutely loved this video sarah, you have a very natural feminine energy which most people will appreciate but I think most men will feel that bit more 💙 it’s a great roleplay and the whole video did it’s job in both ways, relaxing and caring 💯😁

I tried therapy early this year after years of struggling, only for my therapist to tell me he didn´t understand why I was there, and that he thought that I didn´t actually feel any of the feelings I was describing. Any issues I told him about were simply thrown back at me with a "yeah, but everyone feels like that". He kept saying "not to be a critic or anything, but...". It felt weird hearing all of this from a strange man, and I left therapy feeling even worse. Safe to say I sadly haven´t gotten the nerve to try therapy again since, but these kinds of videos help me build up the courage to eventually seek help again, so thank you!

    I could use some therapy.
I wake up, put on a brave face as I’m out with friends or family.
At the end of the day, go back into my room, make sure I’m alone and then break down until I fall asleep from crying.
    Repeat the next day, everyday

Ive been seeing a councilor since i was 5 to 17 and then from 18 to now, im 25, I have been seeing a therapist/psychologist. It's been really tough the last few weeks and I lost all my friends so the only person i talk to is myself and my therapist (which i see once a week). Thank you for this video. Im legit crying at 5am.
