Kinetic Typograpghy is really about being devious and creative. I myself haven't released anything with the method but it is fun to mess around with. I worry that people will think that I'm using a template for what is actually just a basic method of looking fancy.

my question is...should i learn this or go straight to after effects. i know this is easier but i'm wondering if doing this first would help the transition over to after effects or would it make the transition to after effects even harder (since i'll be looking for different tools n shit).

DISPENCERY7 I say start with Movie Maker if you have no experience with editing. Then go to Sony Vegas. Sony Vegas is aimed at intermediate or experienced editors. After Effects is geared for more advanced projects, and will do you no good to go into it without basic knowledge.

I have vegas pro 13 and no only i have to drag I cant move the transition nor it gets at the left of the clip. It only lets me to put it between 2 clips and its not smooth at all it just mixes my 2 clips

Last week when I was making a video, I added text. And the first text was the first part of a song lyrics, and the second part, was suppose to be the other words that come after it. But it keeps repeating the first text. And if I edit the second text, the first text box will show the words in the second text box. Help? :l

_I figured it out, you just copy the first text box, and paste it, and a box will come up just click ok, and you should be able to change the words. If you dont understand it, let me know, and I'll see if I can find some recording software and do a video_
