At 17 I went against everything my dad told me to do. Everyone acting like the "child" was somehow forced to do this is ludicrous. At 17 you are not a child. He and his dad are both guilty. The son however pulled the trigger, he is culpable. He is an adult and should be treated as such. If my dad told me to kill someone even at 10 years old I would've told him to do it himself.
