So for following missing Context for this tech are as follows:
-Ya C-Stick/Right Analog needs to be set on "Tilt attack".
-Setting up an additional "Attack" button makes it easier to use this tech(Specifically non Gamecube comptrollers).
-Be cautious on using the "D-Pad" while walk pivoting. As tilting it slightly too far in the direction you're choosing to walk will switch you into running if the walking don't maintain the walk/non jogging.
-Lastly, you don't need to do an air A attack(s) before holding it down. Any grounded "tilt attack" works as well.
I literally learned this all today, after watching this video.

Yeah.
I found what the problem was. Just had to change my C Stick to Tilt attack

i don't like ultimate, you have to do super precision commands for basic things. like walk and run, or even jump.
