      I feel really good and refreshed after the trainings. I can also feel myself getting calmer concentrating on the breath technique and becoming more aware of my body. Thank you so much for these teachings.

    Love, love love this! Thank you! I am 72 year old woman with bad knees from injuries and surgeries, arthritic joints. I do what I can, but Chi Gong really helps my joints and strengthens my weakening bones! I've told my friends and my son! Thank you from all of us! ❣💕

      That is amazing. I am in bed with broken leg and ankle. I had the best nights sleep in a month since the injury after doing the breathing exercises.

      I'm 22 with Rheumatoid arthritis, so it's nice to know it works for you! I know how painful arthrit can be, and I have been doing this very inregularly, but also in just 2 days of constistancy, I felt my morning pains and the pain in my fingers decreased.

    Master you came into my life when I needed you most. I am 66 and had mental breakdown, I suffer with anxiety. Your vedio is helping me to see clear path. Thank you so much.     Thank you sifu I started this two years ago. Then my mother, brother and son passed away. I lost all interest in everything now I find that I'm weak in my body and get sick easily. I'm 68 27th February and am determined to get my strength back again its never to late blessings and peace to all from Ireland 💚

    A little sidenote: I am a student of the guitar, and while conditioning my fingers, wrists, and particularly my left elbow I developed tennis elbow. Le ouch! The pain was significant enough to make me dread my own passion. Consistently practicing this ritual every morning has made a solar system of difference! I can now play for hours at a clip, and I do so regularly. Thank you so much for this

    It is my birthday today, and I am 37 years on this planet. I want to express my gratitude to you, for being a warrior, for being someone I can connect to. I know you may feel like this was something you could regret, coming away from the monastery like this, to the public, all I can say is I am so thankful for you for choosing your path and being that warrior. I do not believe you made the wrong decision. I think you are very aligned and this world needed your teachings (I needed your teachings :) ). I am following your videos and my ancient memories are coming back. I needed you. That is all I can say, and so I say: thank you, so very much for your work and sharing, and following your path.

    Meister Shi Heng Yi, alles hat angefangen mit deinem Buch vor 2 Monaten. Heute morgen habe ich es durchgezogen. Nach 30 Minuten wollte ich schon fast aufgeben. Aber ich habe mich erinnert... vollendetes Handeln. Ich bin grad echt geflasht und stolz auf mich. Das gibt mir die nötige Energie und den Elan morgen weiter zu machen.

    Good morning, I am about to complete months three in the Self Mastery course. I've come to believe most of my ailments were self induced by my mental health issues. I am grateful I have found AA for my alcoholism and drug addictions. I have discovered that by funding purpose, a higher power or a higher conscious state of mind, I have found awareness and a new perspective. Escaping my so called problems through self medicating and abuse, it created more pain and suffering. So today, I am physically sober, but most importantly I am finding emotional sobriety. I said all that, because I was blessed to find Shaolin Temple Europe, and this just adds to what I am learning through inner self work and therapy. I have the power to overcome all mental challenges, I have to learn that fear is only a dilusion I have created. I am trusting in opening my heart and mind to other teachings that show us the way to calm the mind and learn to process our emotions wich leads to acting out in a selfish and destructive way.
    Thank you Master Shi Heng Yi for your love and dedication to the martail arts, especially the Warrior Monk way, I am enjoying this way of training the body, the mind, and the breath 🫁. I appreciate all you do for so many that are benefiting from the ancient way of life. Amitoufu 🙏

    Wow. He makes all of those moves look so easy. I had to take a break a couple of times, but I am determined to one day be strong enough to get through the entire sequences as smoothly as Master Shi Heng Yi. He makes this so enjoyable. Thank you.🙏

    Sau 2 tuần tập thể dục buổi sáng, xương khớp toàn thân thấy khỏe và dẻo dai hơn. Bài luyện tập rất phù hợp với lứa tuổi trung niên trở lên. Tuổi trẻ thì không phải nói, mọi thứ vẫn tốt nên họ ít cần cảm giác phải luyện tập.

    Thank you so much, Master Shifu 🙏☀️. This was one Hour of gold for me. I am waiting for a really hard surgery of the heart and so during 8 weeks I am Not allowed to Continue my sports Training. But your wisdom will make me strong and gives me confidence to my body- he will survive and he will Regain its strength and joy with your Programme.     Blessings... thank you for sharing. I have tried to complete all of your morning warm up exercises. And feel the benefits in my posture balance and control. I have been working for many years in farming, construction, and landscaping and gardening. I always enjoyed physical work and it became my sport my art and my creativity, also I have had some injuries from all the hard working years.
    Your routine has helped me adjust posture and balance and I will continue as now I feel more conscious of and more in control of my legs.

    Master Shi Heng Yi I am so grateful for you and this practice thank you with all my heart. I’ve been going through a rough time and constantly feeling so tired no matter what. But today I made a difference getting up at 6am and joining this practice has made me feel like a new person, I feel so refreshed afterwards and happy. Thank you master I can’t wait to practice again tomorrow morning❤️

    It is my birthday today, and I am 37 years on this planet. I want to express my gratitude to you, for being a warrior, for being someone I can connect to. I know you may feel like this was something you could regret, coming away from the monastery like this, to the public, all I can say is I am so thankful for you for choosing your path and being that warrior. I do not believe you made the wrong decision. I think you are very aligned and this world needed your teachings (I needed your teachings). I am following your videos and my ancient memories are coming back. I needed you. That is all I can say, and so I say: thank you, so very much for your work and sharing, and following your path.

    I stumbled across your videos while looking for Qi Gong routines. Since starting Qi Gong, I’ve given up soda/caffeine and started eating healthier (though I’ve been a vegan for over 10 years now). I now find myself waking up at 4:30am every morning and doing 2 hours of self-care the includes: Qi Gong, Kundalini Yoga, Affirmations (I sing them instead of just speaking them), Visualizations, and Meditations each morning before leaving the house. In the mornings I do The 8 Treasures followed by 5 Element Qi Gong. In the evening before dinner I do The 8 Treasures again, followed by 5 Animal Qi Gong. One weekend when I was looking for more Qi Gong videos, I came across your Qi Gong For Vitality video. I like how it incorporates elements from 5 Animal and 5 Element into a very full variant of The 8 Treasures. Perhaps I’ll start this 6-day set on Monday and see how my week goes.

    Recientemente comencé a hacer un poco de cardio para perder sobre peso . Hoy me decidí a darle un chance al maestro y OMG increíble como sudé y hasta se me quitó el dolor de cuello . Sin dudas lo continuaré a practicar más seguido con la meta de hacerlo a diario . Me encanta que a pesar de ser en inglés le entiendo perfectamente lo que dice porque su pronunciación en correcta y clara . Deseando continuar esta travesía mañana 🤗🙏🏻

    Respected Master Shi Heng Yi, today you have changed my strong belief and understanding that people can hardly be stable and rooted in this world (pich dark thought) to the understanding and trust that with a small gesture within our influence (building up legs' s strength) we can become as stable and rooted as we need (brightest type of thought).
    In return I hope and 🙏 you receive something just as valuable as exercising safely to become detached from the influences of too less and too much.

    Herzlichen Dank für das Teilen der schönen Übungen und auch der Erläuerung zur Struktur und dem Atmemrhytmus. Einige Übungen kannte ich schon , aber bisher fällt es mir schwer, mich frühmorgens aufzuraffen und ein längeres Training durchzuhalten. Heute, am Feiertag, habe ich es dank Ihrer Anleitung geschafft 🙂Und die mehrteilige Serie nehme ich als Motivation, um hoffentlich dran zu bleiben.

    I have done very much Qigong before (for 40 years) and I am doing it right now, (Master Mantak Chia, Grandmaster Lu Zijian,...) I like your Qigong because the normal Qigong is without strengthening the body... So I make this by myself, with Pushups, pullups, interval training... First I have to go through all of your exercises ... I will do so ... I think, missing is the Energy exercises to move the Energy through the body,... But they do need very much time (at least a half year) and exercise, to do it in the right way...
