Rob oneill always talks about not landing on the X but instead they get dropped off far away and hike in so they are undetected. So while they were hiking in a bunch of Army Rangers that Rob Oneill asked for help with needing a few guys but all 20 volunteered instead. and while team 6 was hiking in, the rangers just flew a helicopter in close to where luttrell was and picked him up first

Seems like he did it for the fame and money from speaking enagements, books and movie deal. Maybe this guy was a great Seal but it seems like he certainly cashed in. Not impressed.
