WOW!!! I just have to say it's so rare to see a guy posting these kinds of vlogs but I love this! I love the aesthetic of your apartment! It's not overpowering at all and I love the amount of natural light. Your desk setup is awesome and I'm glad I'm not the only person of color to like lofi. Most of my friends hate it 😆
I've just moved into my new place, and I've adopted a lot of the same routines as I've seen on this video. It's honestly made me feel more of a sense of inner peace

i have no skincare routine, tho i shower twice since i work in healthcare. I just wash my sheets and pillowcase weekly and eat clean. No skin breakouts or anything at all. Sometimes it is better to focus on diet and shower at least once daily and avoid touching your face unless absolutely necessary. Wash your hands often. Less chemicals on your face, the better.

As a Howard University graduate and a retired native New Yorker living on the upper westside of Manhattan, when I wake up in the morning at 67 years old, I give God thanks for letting me live to see another day. 🙏 🙏 After getting out of bed, I prepare my Irish oatmeal with a banana. You can tell this young man doesn't live in a ghetto because he has a very nice apartment. I am sure he is paying close to $4,000 monthly for rent if not more. Wow, I have never seen a nice computer monitor that long covering his desk. As an older Black/Afro Puerto Rican, it is good to see young Black men doing and living well. Too often, Black men are seen on the evening news portrayed as thugs, robbers, and killers. I don't like a lot of the new apartments being built in Manhattan because the rooms are small and the apartments are overpriced. I live in an older rent control building in Manhattan built in 1928. The rooms are huge and I have a fireplace in the living room. I pay $1,200 monthly for a large 2-bedroom apartment with a fireplace. However, I still love this young man's apartment. He has an excellent view of New York City. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023!

@@kaemora8958 I live on the upper Westside in Manhattan 10024. I've lived in my apartment for 43 years and it is a rent control apartment. NYC and Washington, D.C. are 2 major cities that I know of that has rent control.

It kind of reminds me of a Commercial that I saw for a Clothing Line where The Main Character, A Man starts his day doing Tai Chi. I call it martial arts sprinkled with Yoga. He lives in a Loft either in Greenwich Village, but he showers, shaves, brushes his teeth, makes his bed, has his breakfast, feeds his Bird and then is all ready to start his day.

From more than a year, i am waking up at 5am and going to sleep at 10.30pm.
Doing workout every 2 days in the morning, taking shower and fasting every morning.
Since i started this schedule, i do feel far better.
It was very hard at the beginning but it paid off.

My favorite part of my morning routine is my skincare routine and having coffee before I start my work day. So glad to see more men doing skincare. I didn’t hear you mention a cleanser though? My favorite is the Youth To The People Green Tea cleanser. Amazing!

My morning routine: Wake up, grab my phone, toilet time with a quick smoke, wash, dress up, kiss my kids and wife, leave for work, get to the office, coffee, then watch youtube 90% of my worktime, go home. LOL. I have to be more productive.

Still haven't seen a morning routine video on youtube that isn't at least partially fake. Its so painfully obvious that some of the stuff that gets portrayed to be "daily behaviors" in these types of videos really only happen once in a blue moon, or were outright made up just for the video. I can appreciate the effort that goes into them, and they can definitely give people ideas for how to adjust their schedule, but they always feel a bit disingenuous to me.
Then don’t watch them 🙄🙄💁🏽♀️💁🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🚩🚩🤦🏽♀️🙄🙄🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Maybe you shouldn’t keep watching things you don’t truly enjoy? If they keep annoying you then you shouldn’t keep purposely triggering yourself.
