My husband and I are in a keto diet too. Kids are in it with us as they are older and don’t even know they are eating cleanly now. I love it as it has dropped my hubbies diabetes down from 538 to 240 and continuing going down. I love your videos honey.

I had to laugh when I saw you hanging up your husband’s cargo shorts. My husband is a cargo shorts man too! He’s in law enforcement so I think there’s something about tactical gear and clothing that makes them want to wear cargo shorts in their personal life lol

I use oven liners-about $10 for 3 on Amazon. Change them out about every 6 months. They catch everything, and I don’t have to scrub the oven bottom ever!
I’ve heard it said they aren’t good for your oven, but I’ve never had a problem. I take mine out every other week and rinse it off in the sink. It’s so slick that anything on there just slides right off! If it’s actually got a spill or two that doesn’t rinse right off, I just give it a little spritz with my Method or Mrs Meyers and a swipe with a paper towel. Then I give it a shake in the sink (the water sheets right off) and dry anything left really quick before I put it back in. It takes about as long to do as it takes to read this. 😂 And a pack of two literally lasts years!

What do you use to clean your oven, my self clean oven has warnings not to use oven cleaners, so far I've just used baking soda and vinegar and it seems to work but just wondering what others use? Also I think it's great you have your boys help, that way once they grow up and are on their own they have a idea of how to care for things by themself 😊

The high is supposed to be 77 today (70 now), but I’m wearing jeans and a flannel shirt!

Woohoo, I love kale! Here in northern germany it's a traditional winter dish where it is cooked and served with potatoes and some coarse (?) sausages or meat. It is a very fatty dish and serves well as basis for alcohol (there is a tradition of wandering around in a group in the cold having a few drinks and playing some games and the tour will end at some place where the kale is served and often there will also be a party with DJ etc). It's interesting that in America kale is used more for salad or healthy dishes in general and here we just put a lot of fat and meat with it an drink enough alcohol to not feel cold anymore in winter :D

Yes. I actually have one and I do enjoy it for more often cleaning but I don't think it does a good deep clean only because it always misses the edges but I love that it picks up hair also because it doesn't matter 8f I vacuum before because there will still be hair lol

They have these TO DO list plastic sheets that you can hang on a wall from Dollar Tree. They are dry erase boards!! Hope this tip helps! 👍💜🆎

Unfortunately depending on the stain on the wood most likely it needs to me sanded and refinished to remove the mark

Cambriea, what do you use to wash your walls? I find everytime I do, there are streaks on the wall afterwards...
You may want to re-paint with a semigloss. I use Fabulouso from Dollar Tree. Love that stuff and it smells fabulous!!😍👍🆎
I use hot water, vinegar and dawn. Bulig thing is you don't need you rage soaking wet
