Katie really is the best girlfriend though. You're rather likely to get shot at by cops than arrested by them, so you might as well get her first to maintain all weapons upon deaths in general. That said, Helena gave you access to a pretty reliable weapon stock area. For all intents and purposes, if you got all the Pearls/Oysters, you also made dating much easier for you in general.
