I've been a bass player for 20 years but last year I finally returned to the Guitar as well. I've also recently developed bad arthritis in my finger joints. Playing guitar is the only thing that keeps my fingers flexible on a daily basis. These exercises will definitely help me (and others with similar issues). Plus I need a break from Running thru scales. Thanks for the video. Hopefully it will also improve my shredding. Meditation leads to Shreditation!
