Last one is not the actual style of making Ramen.It is similar to bangladeshi regular style to making of noodles.

Try adding a little bit of oyster sauce along with the soy sauce. There will be an added depth of flavour.
The Channel is a South Asian channel so south Asian people don't use oyster sauce and neither it is found in the store
@@freja1007 not true I am from Pakistan a South Asian country and I have oyster sauce. Its not common to use it be it is available and we use it in some recipes.

Used the spice sauce thing from the ramen packet instead of the chilli flakes and it works too
