I rode an earlier version of the KPR200(2017 I think). I am about the same height and 2.5 the weight as Ceasar. It was a cool bike, but it was not much faster than the KP Mini 150. Maybe 10mph(around 75mph). Very simple but underrated bike in my opinion. I may buy one!! It is almost half the price of a Hyosung GB250R and the insurance is also half! As far as the tires, you may want to look into Dunlop GPR300 or Avon AM26. I do not do well with Bias-ply tires.
Take the windshield off and spray the inside with spray on tint, light coats till you get the darkness you want makes for a cheap way to get a tinted screen
But how does it hold up? I got a brand new Honda on Discount for like 800 more out the door. The reliability of the Honda for 800 bucks is worth it...unless these things hold up well.
This bike looks pretty darn good. It's still hard to believe that's only a 200 which is actually a 198cc. I have both on KPM200 and was very surprised at the quality
I've had the Blue and Black one for about 3 months. First bike ever and I love it. I'm 260 and I can get it to a out 68 mph (per GPS, not speedometer). 2 things i found problems with. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY ZERO manuals on this bike. No motor specs for tune ups and maintenance. Parts are REALLY hard to find. That being said, is there anything out there for maintenance (valve clearance, etc. ) and what is the BEST way to get just 10 more mph out of it (other than buy a new bike)?
I’m really wanting to get this bike, but I’m worried that I won’t know how to shift gears. I do live near cypress but more in the spring area by Klein lol. Would love to see if u can teach me how to ride when I get my one
I have the kp 200 and im having a hard time finding parts. Such as air filters oil filters and such. Should all be exactly the same as the kpr200. Where do you get your parts from?
Loud exhaust makes very little difference in being seen or not. If you ride a motorcycle, you should always ride in the track of the driver's side tires of vehicles. (USA) It makes you more visible, gives you more room to make evasive maneuvers, assures that your path on the pavement is clean and clear of gravel and roadkill, ect, and keeps you in the mirror view of drivers around you. You are driving in the middle of the lane, which is the absolute worst place to ride. You're in the place where gravel, glass, oil, and dead animals are all in your path. Motorcycle lane placement is the difference between safe riding and unsafe riding. It makes 0 difference at all how loud your bike is when you hit an oil slick or swerve quickly, having to avoid a squished animal and get hit after losing control of it. Stay in the left side of the lanes, and you'll be much better off.
Looking to buy one of these bikes where can I go get one, I am in California, anpd I have looked around at so many dealerships, But they did not have them, is there good place I can go on the internet?
Finley some else state it. loud pipe do save lives. There not to just to be loud. It's for a good reason to all the old people out there. Go tall flips I'm half myself.👍👌✌️
I don't buy into that. Loud pipes piss off car drivers. Just what we want is more pissed off car drivers surrounding us. Also loud exhaust will wear on you on a long day of riding. Approaching 60 years of riding motorcycles. That"s my opinion.
@@jonneet2126 I kinda agree it will take a toll on your ears but now that they make noise cancel ear plugs so it won't both you're ears a bit and if there a guy driveing on the freeway changing lanes back and forth he can't see you exspeclly at 70-80 mph it would make a perty nasty mess when he switched lanes and didn't see you or hair you. When im in the car the noise scares the crap out of me when they go by but I rather be scared then killing someone because I had no idea they were there.👍👌✌️💯🏍️

I had a Lifan TMS-200 similar bike. My biggest complaint was the wiring was not long enough and kept pulling out of the front brake lights. The ignition wires came out and the ignition itself busted into pieces when I pulled it out. I hot wired the bike with two toggle switches hidden on the forks. It was a fun learner bike and I sold it and bought a ninja 250. I am still considering purchasing the Kpr200 for my girl to learn on. Have you had any issues with the wiring? Oh by the way Lifan engines are quality engines!
Do You have to sign for these bikes when they're delivered or will they just leave them in your driveway? I'm looking at getting the Xpect, but with work I'd have to have someone be at my house to sign for it
I'm having a problem with the clutch. When I come to a stop and put the bike back in first gear it's shutting off. Clutch probably needs adjusting or the plates inside are binding a little. The bike is new with less than 200 miles on it now. I may go full synthetic oil as well to help reduce friction in the plates.
