That robot sound you talked about a year ago is from the transmission and is normal. my 2004 Camry automatic does the same thing when its held in 1st at 20mph.
I would say unless you intend on working on your own bike be sure there a local shop willing to work on china bike b4 you buy... a bike is no good unless you can take it somewhere to get it fixed
@@And1one757RUclips is a great learning tool for working on bikes, my brother learned how to disassemble and reassemble engines, change brake fluid, and change oil, all from RUclips. Free and decently easy, so if you have patience you can do it yourself
we have the kpr 200 in Iran 🇮🇷 too with a second level of quality on the flaps engine and the frame it is so far so good but the exhaust is quite different we call it here the champion exhaust the company assemble the bike here order the lifan to do so and it has hell of the sex appeal because this kind of the exhaust motorcycle can go about 160 km per hour and also have a wonderful sound
I like it ! Great video. 👍. Good information. I owned a 2008 Lifan LF 250 cruiser back in 2010 / 2011. No problems with that one either. I then had a Kawasaki Vulcan and then a VStar 650... I have not had a bike in several years. I'm looking to get something again. I'm really leaning towards a Chinese bike like a Lifan or something similar Thanks again for the video and info 👍👍
2013 CBR 250 USED AND 10YRS OLD $4500, THATS RIGHT, USED 2015 R3 $5000, I WOULD GET THE KPR 200 HANDS DOWN INSTEAD OF SOMEBODY'S CLAPPED OUT 10YR OLD SPORTS BIKE.
I love both versions, I think the kp 200cc would fit me best for my back, but I'd like to get the kp mini 150cc for my first manual bike before moving up to a 200cc
At this engine size the CC difference is minimal...150 to 200. With this bike you would be getting used to a full size bike off the bat. Including riding position. As this bike has a fairly leaned forward position. The minibikes are a more up/down riding position. (Except the condor which I hear has a leaned forward position). Though not gonna lie...mini bikes are cool as shiz...
@@BendApparatus ,ok yeah I've seen on kpr rider is leaned forward a bit,I'd be ok with that, also nothing wrong 150cc kp mini, I plan on getting it,having some trouble on my other bike, then a kpr, then a yamaha mt 03,for my last bike maybe
There's another 250cc motorcycle that looks almost exactly the same, for $200 more (same brand)...but it's not lifan. Would you say that's worth it or should I go with the lifan as a more reliable engine? TIA 😊 and thanks for the detailed video!
Yeah if it's not lifan, KTM, or cfmoto you'll have a rough time. Don't buy anything venom that isn't just a re-badged lifan. The 200cc race motor from lifan in the KPM will crush all the venom bikes. But you can use venom for one thing, it only takes more time not money but they will pre-assemble, and test the bike so you will receive it ready to go out of the box. May just take a month or so to get to you. That's only if wrenching turns you off.
1 hr assemly is not bad. I don't trust Venom much. Don't change oil while running-I would naver have thought of that! I don't want a loud bike! Ouch bad brakes-don't like that! But they are disc-what better brakes can I get FFS?
Just subscribed a few weeks ago! Amazing content man. Looking to get this same one from Amazon! I live in Pompano Beach Fl. I’m 5’3. How high up does it sit? Would I be to short for it?
5 ft 3 you should almost be able to flat foot this bike. Not completely flat foot it, but enough to where it is easy to manage and learn with! Enjoy it!
These bikes are Fairly popular although the 165cc version in my country they are known to be very reliable Chinese bikes have a bad rep in my country except for lifan
I'm in pa and you had no trouble getting plates for this bike ?? I was going to get one but I heard pa gives ya trouble getting plates so I will just get a ninja 250 nothing too crazy
I've been looking at these... How are you finding it while doing the Florida Summer Afternoon commute? I'm not too far from you and you know exactly what I'm talking about. I may need a submarine on some days. :)
lol i do know what you are talking about. Luckily I don't do that commute often with my schedule. but it's not terrible I can squeeze past cars no problem and its pretty zippy going up 436 or colonial dr. Not great on the Highways but it can handle it. and the heat is what it is man haha But us FL boys are used to it
Tbh you’re not gonna find a low cost touring bike you have a better chance buying and old school motorcycle and buying bags and a big windshield the touring bikes sold as touring are usually overpriced
@@trxppy4694 Thanks for the advice. My current plan is to buy a maxi scoot (300 or 400cc). The frame would be the right size, automatic transmission, and it would be a fraction of the cost. The only drawback would be the top speed would be around 90mph, but that's not too bad. I see no real reason why I would realistically want to go over 100mph.
Amazon won't ship to my address or any of my family's in my state lol. There is a dealer an hour from me that sells them but they charge $$$ extra than buying straight to your house so lame.

Sweet, I want to begin using motorcycles so this one should be a great learning bike.
starting with the 250 venom, but legit looking at this bike next for local travel, glad i found your videos
Get this the venom bike is trash lifan is way better

So why not just buy the hawk 250 and save 1k? Plus than have a motorcycle with more power better performance
Excellent video bro 👊
I had mine engine fail due to it burning oil and seizing, though I got it under warrently so they replaced the engine, just a heads up!

Lifan is a great brand.
how tall are you? im a tall rider and want to make sure it'll fit.
If you are 6ft or taller you will fit. Sean from SRK cycles did a review on this bike and he is 6'2 and was fine on it.
I have modded my KPR 200 and i have hit 95MPH on the dash.
What did you do?
Same here
Yes do tell 😮

i like the fact its not loud i am older And i dont like all the noise
Why would anyone try to do an oil change while an engine is running?!
Going with a Yamaha r3 instead but it sounds like a great deal
R3 is a great bike!
Awesome I was wondering about this 🤣
Their engines are basically old honda designs.
Nice video man. Thanks
How did you get a title and register your motorcycle?
you send them a vin number and they ship you your title I'm pretty sure.
Next time show us taro go 400RR
Does this bike need to be registered or is it still a small enough engine to where it's not needed
anything over 50 cc's has to be registered
In Philadelphia, where I can get this bike?
Hey where did you find the price for sub $2500? I can only find the bike for $2700 before shipping
Price has gone up since posting this!
Amazon has them now for 2300 plus 400 shipping, after taxes it's just under 3k but that's the cheapest anyone's got them right now
How good would this for a rider over 6 foot
I'm no expert but you should be fine lol, you could be 200 lbs and still go 75 on it
Edit: (mph)
695 Hickle Ports
Is it automatic?
no it's manual
