    25% buffer is really a great advice. I applied it for myself 4 years ago. When covid hits and job market was in a limbo, I wasn't stress as I was able to stretch my financial obligations on my mortgage. You never know when life will throw you lemons!

    Why cpf is 2400$ at 4:22 then it becomes 2520$ 5 seconds later?

      Because there is cpf contribution from employer too.

    i'm curious why your property tax is so low monthly. My condo property tax is $200+ monthly...

      hi tks for the comment. depends on the annual value, and if you’re renting out the ppty your tax will be 10% compared of 4% on owner occupied properties.
