Whoever put these episodes together is the G. O. A. T. This giving feature film vibes and Andre Fuller deserves an Oscar for how he played Kal. He had an authenticity and vulerability in this performance that you can't teach that's God given talent.
Everything about this show and their story is beautiful. The acting, the music, the chemistry, the cinematography. A true work of art that I'm grateful to have as a 27 year old Black gay man still figuring out my identity.
I swear that last scene between Kal and Tariq gets me everytime. It’s so much that was said and unsaid in that moment. Everytime Kal tries to approach and Tariq takes a step back. It was love but wrapped in fear, and when Tariq breaks down after Kal leaves. Whew. It’s too much 😩😩😪🥹
It is so admirable the level of loyalty Reggie has for Kaldric.❤ This compilation of Kaldric and Tariq scenes makes a tragic but beautiful gay love drama.

The lawyer has like boundaries that Tariq usually allows him to cross and also the lawyer has financial power so the power dynamic between them is not as bad as the dynamic between him and Tariq. Obviously he shouldn’t have assaulted Tariq
Wow! I forgot Kal was suicidal! I was so mad at him for treating Tariq that way It was hard to see the storyline focus on him. I missed Tariq being on the show. 😢

I still can't believe no other major network, or even NetFlix picked this series up; and made a spin-off of just these two. Their storyline was just so intriguing!
A great love story. I am elated that it was edited to only include the Kal story. It was very well done and the actors were truly magnificent. Perhaps this version could have been included on other streaming services such as Prime, Netflix, Tubi, etc. It would get great viewership.
I usually don’t watch any stuff like this because the acting and writing be terrible but I have to say that I really love this and I’m only an half hour in.

I absolutely loved Kal and Tariq. I am so sad they didn’t end up together but i understand why. After everything I am so proud of Kal’s growth. The lawyer is not my favourite but he is definitely what Kal needs and he met him at the perfect time. The ending was very necessary. Happy he took care of that annoying young rapper.

Dl and discrete are two different terminologies. And although not all DL men are abusive, they all will scar you emotionally. The paranoia and anxiety will drive you mad on their behalf. Fear and hate are very irrational emotions and unfortunately they have no limits, with a bunch of dl situations turning violent, especially if romantic feelings get involved. Also what do you mean by gay and liking dudes are different?
