- WRC 10 Car Setup Guide for everyone who is into this game, I collected as much as information I could about rally car setups and added to it my own experience and information with some technical knowledges gathered here and there, I hope this video be of use for all rally fans, especially drivers in WRC 10.

You have accomplished what NONE of the games have ever done (nor tried doing!) which is to explain what all these mean and what to set them to. Thank you very much, you did an awesome job!

Thank you very much. I got the game for this christmas (among moto gp and fifa) and I felt WRC 10 is really hard to learn. My car just slides and and I am allways outside the track, really difficult compared to Moto Gp,and Formula 1. Now I understand how could I manage over/underteer with cambers and roll bars, how to handle brakes to keep the car on racing line with momentum, I am going to test it Today. :) Differencial is the next task, that is a little bit complex, I get to test it closed setup. Thank you and I hope I am going to improve my car and my driving skills :)
No worries mate, simrally games are tough and take time... if u see my earlier videos like 5.6 months back I was in the same boat. It comes by time, pick shirt tracks, shakedown stages and run them over and over and you will get better at it. At the end, try to have fun with focus . Happy holidays!

Thank you. there are some good videos on RUclips describing ffb for wheel but honestly there is nothing serious about the wheel, it is very personal, someone likes heavy and stronger force someone less. I have my settings on a video, Im still using them. Only set the wheel degree to 540 so it would have same degree like a rally car, everything is is personal. ruclips.net/video/41Bj_LrQdDo/видео.html

no problem. this is actually simple compared to DR2 , it has more tune options , but there also there is no info about it. They could simply add text there like Project Cars 2 or Assetto so everyone would know what does what

Out of the box i find the WRC cars in 10 to oversteery, especially on tarmac. I will try with your explanation to reduce this via setup and hope to be faster! thx
Extremely good video. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 What do you think about Hard gravel tyres vs soft gravel tyres? To me the cars seem to slide better on gravel with the hard tyres, making it easier to slide the cars around bends.

Oh no! Hope you're okay, man. Cant believe what that crazy bastard Putin is doing. Guy has totally lost the plot. The UK is with you. Putin has us all by the balls though. While ever he has his finger over the nuke button i think all other countries, including the UK are scared to do much to help. Its game over once the nukes start flying. Keep safe though, mate. And the best of luck to you. Hopefully the sanctions strangle the life out Russia to the point that Russians turn against him. Trouble is that they are all propagandised to the max.
@Uncel Shahram, When I change car suspension stiffness (any changes in Car parameter), Semi-Automatic shifting change to Manual, and no shifting in game at all, but in game setting, it showed Semi-Automatic. Please make video how to fix that issue, WRC 10 community will be truly appreciated.

Is this applicable to Junior WRC cars?
It baffles me how there is no description/info in the set up menus. Just sliders with zero description of what the sliders do. Look at the 'springs' slider. It says 'springs and has some numbers either side. That will mean nothing to some people.

WRC setups always confuse me because it doesn't actually say what the numbers mean. Am I changing N m, Kg, Meters or Centimeters? or foot pound per square inch?
It's probably 10 potatoes on the center preload.
hello! i love this video. one question though. on Differential tab, what do i change to prevent WRC car from sliding around in Finland, dry, Hyundai i20? i hope you answer :)
finland is on gravel and you will be sliding, let go of the throttle when you are over sliding . also turn your steering wheel well sooner than the turn , same technique could be used on snow, but on snow you need to turn in even sooner. try to control your throttle input

@@jamiainen @Jami you are welcome. if you make your differential more locked up, you will prevent sliding but on gravel, anyway car tends to slide, your throttle control is more crucial , hope it helps

I think you explained the braking backwards. If you put it more towards the front you should stop sooner, not later.
pretty sure increasing LSD locks it more like every other game
The game does poor job in explaining what these number means. How the hell am I suppose to know if sliding to right = stiffer?????????
YOU DONT REALLY NEED SOFT SPRINGS FOR GRAVEL STAGES
it seriously is not about sliding all over the god damm place.
for example, estonia and acropolis, you can comfortably go for middle stiffness suspension to get a much better direct handling
tried soft suspensions there and i basically have no grip because of the tip in this video, "you need softer springs to slide around for gravel stages"
for finland definitely yes, soft suspension for those crazy big jumps, other gravel stages not so much
