@illusorytrutheffect nah those engines are solid, it's the transaxle that with blow around 350hp the engines in these are the same exact engines in the 2.0t ats and some have gotten these engines to around 650 without any catastrophic failures
I have a 2016 malibu premiere and I don't think mine is governed. I've hit 163mph so far. It was still climbing but I had to slow down to get off the highway.

99% of them are 1.5T models that peak at 110, and top out at 120-130.
Do you run regular or premium?
You need premium for the 2.0T, the 1.5T takes any grade

It has two different styles. A sports display and touring display. You can change it back and forth.
