Joe Walsh was the greatest inspiration that allowed me to sober up after 37 years 🙏🏻God keeping me alive to connect with Joes influence was obviously saved my life❤️
37 years of rolling a set of dice that can be, and eventually WILL be, without warning, really fucking dangerous, possibly deadly. Many would never last 37 years, and some don't last 37 minutes. @@Rokonroller I hope I didn't come off as on a high horse there. I spoke from experience, as having lived as sober now, and many years as far from it. Hope you're doing well.
Just a word of encouragement to you Sir. You did good, are doing good and I Pray you keep doing good. I myself have much the same story as yourself. We are Blessed.
They don't just convince you. You really physically can't function without them, when you're shaking and scared cos your body needs them. Its not just a psychological but a physical dependency on them. To be able to even get out of bed in the morning without one of them to straighten out your mind enough , that's terrified to barely move cos you are stripped bare and can't handle having to act normal when you're are anything but and can't remember the last time you were yourself without drugs or drink to make you feel the way you should feel without them. Yeah messed up minds lead to alcohol/drugs abuse but your brain has been reprogrammed to work with them and doesn't know how to, without them. So you're just struck into this nightmare that you know you wont get through a day like you normally would without them. I always use to say " why can't I just feel happy and not stressed out, naturally. Without having to take drink or drugs" I think anyone that could explain why we don't feel happy naturally without chemicals, would be a millionaire 😂
