What I find continually disturbing is the extreme level of pressure that a potential hire / candidate is put through, during multiple rounds of interviews, whilst current employees are absolutely permitted to slack off, often for years of employment without being sacked, which negatively impacts their own performance as the overall team. This irrefutably occurs often, in large corporations.

I am from electronics background.. Should I start my career path, by first learning HTML, CSS, Javascript, and react...? And then slowly go onward.. What is your opinion on this? Thank you.

They said I am not a good fit for them, they need someone with more experience, etc,. My question is - what is the best answer regarding this in my interviews?
Can you please help me understand the terminologies of software development,it’s very overwhelming and even though I go through the definitions or a brief description of them, I keep forgetting them,
