same at my local KFC. They might be crunchy, but the meat inside is just sad. It's weird that other chicken item on their menu besides the pieces are pretty solid, though. Still, I prefer the Popeyes's flavor
The thing about KfC is that even when the location sucks their food is pretty decent. Sometimes, it's full of flavor. Other times, it could use more, but I've never had straight-up bland food from them. The one near my house absolutely sucks. They forget sides and get mad and half ass the food when you place a family sized order. Hell, it seems like they are frustrated when you show up for a small order. It's absolutely terrible, but the food still tastes decent. 😂 I hate going to that place because of the customer service, but the food is still like a 6.5 out of 10.
