I will love if you find some time to record a video for the people like me that are just starting and don't know a lot of ballet terms, I truly appreciate you
I love this, as much as i actually enjoy hiit workouts i live above people and i hate how i can feel the whole house shake when i jump so i don't do it anymore. I love ballet because it reminds me of my dance classes in primary school, our teacher always made us warm up with ballet moves. So graceful and fun but effective.
I had to change to silent and knee friendly no jumping workouts since I had surgery in my knee in autumn and couldn't find anything I really liked until this, I thought it'd wouldn't pump my heart much but I was so wrong!! This was great thank you!!
This is by far my favourite workout right now! ! I have started ballet in my adult years but fell pregnant and stopped in my eighth month of preggos. Now I am 6 months postpartum and feel like this is the closest I will ever be to dancing again! With a very weak pelvic floor, this no jump solution is so awesome! Also, I can squeeze it in when the little one naps, sometimes several times a day. The music is so uplifting and you make it look so graceful! You are amazing and brought me back something that I really loved doing! Thank you so, so much! ❤❤
Got a nice mini workout in with this video, even in my tiny dorm room. Had to shift around a few times (def on the plies with the leg in back) but otherwise very dorm-friendly! Might just be me, but sometimes the super long releve sections on these videos make my feet cramp, but I just skip that part once it is too much. Thanks!
Hi I’m fat yes but conscious about it, I quit sugar and bread already, i have faith something good will improve with my efforts... i try your videos 😘 i love them...I may not be as graceful as you but I try, I have enough flexibility 🤪thanks for this channel

Is doing this once every two days sufficient to aid weight loss? Im trying to check for a friend. I feel like this needs to probably done in a set of two or three with at least with a day of rest inbetween, with perhaps a short interval of rest between to get to that point to be effective? And to check if you bother with stretching and cooldowns? Advice is greatly appreciated. Also do you bother with jogging/etc alongside it?
