Chef's Special Episode 1: Dark Dragon Plants (DDP)

Hey everyone! Hope you are all well! I had a new idea for a series where I would show you how I come to a lot of the builds I end up sharing on my channel. I think it's more important to be a good player than a phenomenal deck builder to be successful in this game, but being a great deck builder in addition to a a great player gives you a significant advantage. Unlike many others, I refuse to tinker with what we know to be the tier 1 Edison decks (frogs, blackwings, vayu)-- its just not what I do and frankly there are way more experienced players out there like ‪@imnerdpodcast‬ ‪@jamesarcygo‬ ‪@SackPhase‬ that you should go to if you want to master those types of decks as well as learn about how to become a better player in general. They really are some of the best out there for a reason! What I try to do is discover different combinations of cards that can give me a few extra wins as well as a surprise advantage over the field. In this new series, you will see and hear my thought process, and I hope you will appreciate the amount of thought that goes into coming up with really innovative decks. I am by no means the best deck builder out there or the best player and do not claim to be, but I do believe that many of my card choices and how I view the game is sound and can help make you into a deeper thinker when it comes to Edison Format and deck building.
