I've lived near Portland for almost a year. Absolutely everyone has told us NOT to even visit due to violence from the homeless who live on the streets. I'm only seeing the Portland I remember in your video, I miss it!
I've lived in the Pearl for 20 years, and since the pandemic there's been a dramatic change in its character. What was an evolving, dynamics urban area, has slipped into a sleepy, soulless place. It's clean and safe enough, but it has lost so much of its commerical activity. It's the densest neighborhood in the city, but street level activity is dead.
they need to do something about Burnside downtown. cars traffic is too fast, and the sidewalks are way too small for the amount of foot traffic there. i keep thinking someone will accidentally get shoved onto traffic
Always wanted to visit Portland, Seattle. Coming in October. Cleaned up, or still filled with homelessness and filth? We want to walk, drive, explore. Honest replies please.
You can definitely find places that are still pretty bad if you look for them. I don't believe you're likely to see too much filth in general. Camping ban starts July 1st.
Does your agency help with relocation for renters or are you fuly docused on buyers? If you don't help finding rentals, do you know any good agencies that do? Thanks so much for your videos!!
In Oregon, there is no renter/broker relationship. Renters reach out directly to property management companies or owners to tour and apply. I am not aware of any brokers that service renters in Oregon. Happy to answer any questions that I can though.
The geographic beauty in the long run will always be a draw for people coming to Portland. If you're new to the area, welcome! If yer thinking of coming here, it's pretty amazing! There's also Vancouver to consider and the state of WA offers completely different tax brackets. You've got a lot of options in and around this city.

I'm sure there's some truth to that in some places. Nearby Old Town has required additional patrols. Overall I think things are trending better.
Nice video. Visiting Portland for the first time in August to see if it’s a good fit to rent a place as Phoenix has run its course.

в некоторых парках лесах и переходах все еще есть бомжи. Есть канал освещающий их локации
