This is quality and meaningful information. Western countries, particularly the US, are spending billions on war efforts in Ukraine and the Middle East etc. but not willing to help poor countries become more self sustaining and independent. This goes to tell you that these wars ain't nothing but big business for arms manufacturers who are lining the pockets of politicians to spend our hard earned tax dollars on wars that no one knows anything about or wants anything to do with.

The Organization of American States OAS has a history of being on hatian side defending them, recently wanted to supervise both sides to see who is in the wrong. Haiti didn't want them to check the canal. Losing the opportunity to defend themselves upon international eyes.
They didn’t accept how the OAS did it. The OAS flew to DR and came to the border with a Dominican delegation, then violated Haiti’s airspace with the Dominican delegation to fly over the canal. However, an OAS delegation did meet with the Haitian chancellor later on in Port au Prince and went over the technical stuff about the canal.

There is no power for Haiti. Unruly criminal gangs destroy the country and Haitians, outside Haiti, applaud stupidely.

I agree that Haiti becomes successful again. I was misinformed about the whole situation but now I understand the situation better and the suffering of those abandoned by the system. However, it is good to put a stop to our corrupt politicians in my country DR. God bless you Haiti and DR
Y según usted. Cuales son los políticos corruptos aquí en Dominicana??????????????????
Por si acaso son los que defienden el interés de la nacion o son los 5ta. columna que quieren
que el lio de los Haitianos se resuelva con las tierras dominicanas??

Please Ace, also make sure to let them know the importance of planting trees, since they take years to grow. For our children and grandchildren.
Haitians are terribly short-sighted when it comes to trees - they will chop down whatever to make charcoal.
they dried up all their rivers, so imagine what they will do to this one......
Who is telling you all these Lies about river and canals for the record Haitii has several Functioning rivers and canals in It's country. However they don't have one single project on that river When the other country has several. As a matter of fact, the dominican republic has Several* hundreds river projects Throughout the country, not just on that river but on other rivers and its own side, the notion of them going to starved because of one river is ridiculous. A lot of you guys are leaving comments and don't even know the facts just feeding into propaganda And ignorance. I would invite you to learn the facts before you leave any more comments.

ACE you are the MAN. Love to see you reporting on our brothers and sisters in Haiti. We need more voices coming from the First Black Republic!
We should talk about reparations from US , they invaded Haiti 🇭🇹 so many times breaking unto our reserve bank and stole our gold ect… the sad thing is they trying to use Kenya to do the dirty works hmmm do you know majority of guns end up in Haiti came from the US

I love how the Haitian people, including farmers & engineers, are working together to complete this project for their farms & whatever else they deem necessary. I'd like to see African and Caribbean countries come together to provide Haiti 🇭🇹 with what they need rather than depend on the Dominican Republic and suffer from sanctions imposed by other countries. This is what I truly believe in COLLECTIVE UNITY!!!
Cuales ingenieros? 😂😂😂😂

@@Sonidosrelajantesnoche maricon🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫
@@Sonidosrelajantesnochehay expertos o no hay no me importa que hagan sus canales que tengan agua
Haitians keep pushing this narrative where we are the evil bad guys, but they don't tell you all the help the Dominican Republic has given to them, just to name a few:
-Nearly between 80% to 90% of agricultural and construction labor in the DR are haitians.
-According to data almost 50% of child births in the public healthcare system belong to haitian mothers(they don't have to pay is totally free).
-When the 2010 earthquake happened we were the first country there and we also gave the most medical assistant to all the wounded people.
-There are more than 100k haitian kids in the public school system(totally free)
-Along all the donations we have given away, we also built an entire university for them.
And i could continue for a long go, but that won't matter since ungrateful people(like a lot of the folks leaving their comments here) have no memory for that.
They say we are racist, but they did an ethnic cleansing on both whites and mulattoes during their revolution.
They say we are evil and they are inocent, but hundreds of dominicans are victims of haitian wrong doings every year: farmers, entire families, and even kids have lost their lives or have been assaulted by haitians.
They say we keep them oppressed and don't want them to develop, well i have news for yall, we DO want you to progress and develop as a nation (even if its to remove ourselves the burden of having an ever unstable neighbour) we really do, but not at the expense of surrendering our natural resources like rivers and forest, which you already destroyed your owns and now want to take away ours, we won't let that happen even if you build your canal we will just deviate the water on the upstream, so there is no point in trying to steal our natural resources.
I just wish, haitians put at least half the effort and unity they are putting on building this canal, to stop all the gangs that terrorize their own people and to elect good leaders that drive them to prosperity, but well i think is just easier to play the victim and blame everyone else for your disgrace...
@@SonidosrelajantesnocheEsa gente ni saben donde queda haiti y están hablando mierdas
Great work Ace….. very informative
The Organization of American States OAS has a history of being on hatian side defending them, recently wanted to supervise both sides to see who is in the wrong. Haiti didn't want them to check the canal. Losing the opportunity to defend themselves upon international eyes.
It is because haitians are tired of the international community. Bluff bluff bluff. They just want to move on and unplug from from the system.
