African Tigress. On behalf of the Caribbean people, I am expressing sincere thanks to you for showcasing our sister country, HAITI. The world's eyes must be popping out wide. I heard so many negative stories about Haiti. Again, I say many thanks.

That negative press campaign is all on purpose. They manipulate perceptions based on who they want to win. They made Haiti public enemy #1 since we were the first to end slavery (on our own too).

Big up Haiti one love from Jamaica 🇯🇲 don't be fooled we Jamaicans love you and know that you people are our bother and sisters and yes when Haiti got it independence thousands upon thousands of Jamaican's fled to Haiti to escape the harsh treatment they were experiencing in Jamaica by the English and yes by their own blacks who were working hand in hand with the British especially the the maroons in Western Jamaica.

Hi African Tigress. Sak pase ??? Thank you for sharing images of my country. I'm a Haitian native currently living in Ottawa, Canada. The music that the band was playing in the street of Petio-ville is called Twoubadou. It's not Haitian Konpa (which is a different musical genre). Twoubadou is mostly a "street musical genre" based on acoustic guitar, banjo, Haitian Conga drums, and a local instrument called "grenn siwel". Kompa is a more elaborate form of music. Twoubado bands charge you less to play for you than konpa bands. Thanks again for visiting my lovely country. Haitian people will love you forever. I've been following for a long while now even before you visited my country. Keep up, my friend! God bless you.

It seems like the Tigress has no regrets about visiting Haiti so far .
The African Tigress is loved and appreciated by the people of Trinidad and Tobago where i am from . She is really pleasant and respectful , and willing to learn about, and immerse herselfe in the host countries she visits .
The African Tigress is unlike a certain other female African Traveler that visited T&T recently from another Caribbean island , and instead of imerseing herselfe in , and just try and learn about T&T , she just kept going around talking in the other island's patois and saying she is ah bad gyal from a particular place on that other caribbean island . It seems like she wanted to present herselfe like she was from the island she is staying at the moment to Trinis instead of the east African country she is from .
People will apprecciate the African Tigress more because she remains her authentic selfe as someone from Kenya and is always respectful to the host countries that she visits .

You do not have to tell us about Dee Mwango on African Tigresses channel. We, too, have been watching content creators, and we can judge for ourselves. Give to Cesar what is due to Cesar. Dee Mwango has somewhat raised the bar for content creators. She is one of the best. Whenever someone stays in a country for a while, and socializing with the people, especially the locals, he or she will learn their way of speaking and try to replicate it. Do not bash Dee, if she had gotten the chance, she would have stayed in T&T a little longer and learned the local language just as she did in Ja and African Tigress is doing in Haiti - even longer than she stayed in Ja -. About four months ago, Ja was rated one of the friendliest countries in the world. Yes, once upon a time, Ja was not rated, but by God's grace, it is being changed. Please assess how the people of a country receive and treat visitors and be fair in your judgment.
