The last gig I had been to there was Finbar Furey in 2019 with my mam and dad. My dad passed away suddenly in 2020. So it would have been a significant and special moment for us.. Im not even an emotional guy but his death broke my heart. He meant every word he sang and he spoke sincerely from the heart. God bless you Christy

I remember watching this on TV but it doesn't seem like it's over 34 years ago. Shay is no longer with us and Christy is very ill and receiving palliative care at the moment. He has a beautiful voice it's a shame that we are going to lose him very soon but he will have left us with some amazing memories thank you Christy
