intelligence increases your resistances aswell, you dont need to have specific resistances anywhere to be capped with decent gear/masterworked gear on necro, unless i'm missing something
necro my third character and I just feel like holy bolts is a cheese and doesn't prove the build is good at all my rouge at pit 128 atm just not lucky trying to get a 2nd passive on my amulet
He probably is using aphotic aspect on skeletons which is bugged and makes skeletons to have 100 lucky hit chance which procs decreptify cdr part so often

Ah yes another holy bolt Pit push clear. Yes I play Necro and pushed Pit 125 with bolts, but the true MFs are pushing 120+ without it.

How far can you go with holybolts btw...ur 118 is like ants to 130
For me is with 130 end than damage is missing
