No boon duration is necessary, but doesn't hurt if you have it already.
The quickness is tied to a timer of one second which synergizes with Shared Empowerment and pulses Might at the same time. This means Herald has substantial Might output without adjusting any gear.
It still lacks some fury and protection, which can be mitigated by more boon duration I guess.
I use two maces to allow for swap sigils, as a Revenant these will proc both on Legend swap and Weapon swap, and should be used in that order. Do not swap too fast or you will not trigger both sigils.
If you want to bring a different weapon set, keep the Doom/Torment sigils.
Optimally you should have all expertise infusions, but I was lazy and didn't swap them all. Condi damage infusions are fine as an alternative.

You can see the total damage in the log, since it is the only source of bleeding. ~1080 dps
