    Hey Amri, Great video! Thank for you for being so transparent and detailed in the recruitment process. Could you make a video on what are some good etiquettes in which candidates can reach out to HR recruiters on LinkedIn as I am sure you get many requests for roles? Also, does it help to bold & highlight key skills that are relevant for the job in the resume to help the HR read the resume easily?

    Do you have any video that would go over the negotiations process for a job offer with the candidate? How to perform Final HR Interview such as what are the best questions to ask? Also the kind of different questions between HR phone screening vs regular HR (evaluation of personality and behavior) vs Final HR interview (to go over expected salary & company benefits)?

    How the payment transaction take place while posting the job at the external portal.who is responsible for the this task

      It depends, sometimes its the recruiters responsibility or an administrator. Most job boards will prompt you for payment when you purchase adverts, although occasionally your company may buy adverts in bulk and pay via invoice, I hope this helps!

    Hello I have an interview for a manager position and I can not think of an answer for the question tell me about a time you make a decision with little detail. And also how do you support Equality and inclusion?
    These seem to come up a lot. I am in the civil service field. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you in advance!

    Hi amir, I'm still in the recruitment process because I finished the interview and been asked to do a trial shift to meet the team and to what I'd expect on the job. And now I'm just waiting for hr to send me the paperworks so I can start my job I've applied but it's almost been a week and I've not got the paperworks yet. How long do I expect to wait for hr to send the paperworks to me?
