Hey Amri, Great video! Thank for you for being so transparent and detailed in the recruitment process. Could you make a video on what are some good etiquettes in which candidates can reach out to HR recruiters on LinkedIn as I am sure you get many requests for roles? Also, does it help to bold & highlight key skills that are relevant for the job in the resume to help the HR read the resume easily?

What does it mean "as we move forward in the selection process?

Hi amir, I'm still in the recruitment process because I finished the interview and been asked to do a trial shift to meet the team and to what I'd expect on the job. And now I'm just waiting for hr to send me the paperworks so I can start my job I've applied but it's almost been a week and I've not got the paperworks yet. It depends, sometimes its the recruiters responsibility or an administrator. Most job boards will prompt you for payment when you purchase adverts, although occasionally your company may buy adverts in bulk and pay via invoice, I hope this helps!
