    • @NoUsernamae
      @NoUsernamae 9 месяцев назад +4

      There is really no connection there tbh.. you can clearly tell thise screams are from excitement, screams of terror are very different and gut wrenching. Theres a lot of dimash performances where you can hear such screams and yells. Some people are a bit crazy for him, that's all that shows.

    • @victoriah.2083
      @victoriah.2083 9 месяцев назад +4

      @@NoUsernamae
      I think you have overshot the mark. Sir Hairless was stating that the audience's excited screams were REMINISCENT of what occurred during the cable car accident. It goes without saying, until now, that obviously the audience in attendance sounds nothing like a terrorized or panicked crowd.

    • @NoUsernamae
      @NoUsernamae 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@victoriah.2083 I didn't overshoot the mark. You missed it. He also mentioned that the sound folks could take out the screams but they chose not to, he was obviously drawing a parallel.

    Para mi, ésta es la mejor interpretación de Dimash... es como si en una sola canción Dimash se transformara en tres versiones de una persona: el niño indefenso, el adulto que trata de contenerse y el niño/adulto desgarrado por el dolor de la pérdida contaran la historia de sus padres y su tragedia. A eso se le suma el escenario espectacular.

      I think we all have our "cry-songs" by Dimash.. mine is "Ikanaide". The other is the one he sang/composed when his teacher died. Do you remember the name? He is with a woman playing piano and then she dissapear from the piano but the music goes on. ( my mother played the piano and it's like... she is gone but the music/memories goes on.. )
      When my mother passed away Dimash came out with "Ikanaide" too. The lyrics, the emotions.. his eyes are shining. I was... crying!! the lyrics say"don't leave me" etc..
      It was a relief to listen, to cry, just dealing with loosing your mom.. "Marigold" is me and my moms song ❤

    Thank you as always for your fascinating and succinct explanations, Sir Hairless, and I am also very glad that you went into this song with the knowledge of the tragic backstory. Whenever I rewatch this performance, and many others from the Bastau concert, I am in awe of how Dimash, at such a young age, managed to portray such a wide variety of deep emotions, using both an airy voice to portray vulnerability and his intense mixed voice to convey agony and despair. In the lesser known song "Amanat," which I hope you will react to eventually, Dimash also makes use of a delicate, breathy sound. I think we are very fortunate to have a singer such as Dimash in this world, and I am also grateful that we have a knowledgeable musician like you to explain the many intricacies.

    Mi niño de ojitos cristalinos, haz reaccionado a un tema que amo por toda la emoción que tiene, el honrar a los padres de ese niño y entender su sentimiento de pérdida Dimash lo sabe interpretar a las mil maravillas por que el perdió a su mejor amigo en que era patinador artístico sobre hielo al resistirse a un robo. Mi bello niño Dimash pone en relieve todas las emociones, nos hace llorar cada vez que lo escuchamos, porque nos pone en el lugar y la situación, no podemos escapar a la tristeza de ese niño, al heroísmo y al amor de esos padres en su sacrificio. Duele el alma y hasta la piel. Gracias mi niño. por otra maravillosa y emocionante master class, un fortísimo abrazo de madre, hoy más que nunca.

    Btw, thank you so much for giving us such insightful, detailed, & complete analysis of the composition in songs & the meanings behind each choice singers make. You are one of the only reactors who take the time to go this deep. That says so much about you as a person & your love of music. We are so lucky you share that with us ❤

    Thank you for reacting to this one! It's one of my fac Dimash performances of all time. Never fails to make me weep. Your ability to name all the emotions so accurately and explaining them through music theory as well never ceases to amaze me. it makes so much sense and makes me appreciate the intricacy of music even more.
