What temperature are you using? Your hair looks similar to mine and I've had trouble with heat. Too cool, curls fall out, too hot and ends fry!
I can not get this thing to work no idea what I am doing wrong
Make sure you’re not using too much product, a serum for blowdry will do or a light cream, then finish with the curling iron. As for the technique just watch some RUclips videos, practice makes perfect but this tool is definitely a plus! It works amazing
