    Thank you for sharing this! My woman left me recently and a lot of what you covered hit home having been the recipient. It would be nice if you had your husband come on to share with us men how he ensured you felt protected, heard, safe etc whilst you both were navigating the healing process. Also how he gained your trust when everything may have had you pointing to something otherwise. Thanks again for sharing and may the Lord Jesus Christ use these videos to help those who are on that path of healing 🙏🏾.

    I've done it all with a secure partner
    ✅ Fantasizing about breaking up and finding someone else
    ✅ Always pivoting from one issue to another. Oh are we are doing well with equal chores? Let me bring up how you don't make me feel special enough.
    ✅ Yes, it takes 5 mins to go from... Hmmm peace and quiet to... Uff there's still those things to work on and only then can we breathe.
    ✅ maybe I will feel really in love after all my boxes have been checked. Till then, I'm neither in nor out.
    ✅ Everyday wanting to leave the relationship and obsessing over things that are not perfect in the fear that I am stuck with the wrong partner.
    ✅ There is no way they love me. It's all just superficial and make believe. Because if they loved me, they would be .... (All those perfect things)
    ✅ There's someone better out there who is going to be all these things I want.
    ✅ This partner doesn't get it.

      @@sanjanashivam4732 can't say I did. It got easier when I could separate my feelings of "something's missing" from the neutral understanding that I have a tendency to nitpick and obsess over the imperfections. This doesn't change how I feel. Just that it wouldn't make any sense to actually leave. Plus, noting all the ways in he is (objectively) a good partner (regardless of my feelings) is one way to remind myself that my thinking and intuition cannot be trusted. I journal and maintain an actual list of all he is and does that I might not be able to enjoy and love but are wonderful qualities to be cherished.

    First off-congrats on baby #2!. The butterfly got camera shy when you pointed it out 😂. That perfectionist is real. As narcissistic as this sounds, Even when you see pictures of them that’s not to your liking, you question how you feel about them & if you made the right decision. Not saying it’s right, just saying that’s what it is.

    I had a huge emotional breakdown Valentine’s Day one of the worst ever and my bf did not mean to hurt me at all and I was not being abandoned at all. I got myself all worked up deleting messages re writing them, luckily I was not angry in the one he saw. Also I had beautiful signs the day before right infront of me, which immediately reminded me of him and they made me smile. I will heal completely I am committed to my healing. God continues to guide me 🙏

    I hate this. Can never tell if I'm Avoidant or Fearful Avoidant (Disorganised) 😭😭😭. This video just described me 100%! I'm so done with this crap.
    I want to be single and alone, while also being in my relationship, which is crazy. I want him, but I want MORE 😭🤦😵‍💫

    Paulien! I know you mentioned ROCD being part of your journey (mine too). I’m curious if EFT has helped the hypersensitivity we experience to sounds and smells (tone of voice, not so great breath, etc.). Did you experience that and have you seen an improvement?

      "bpd" is literally just a label created by psychiatrists to describe extremely disordered attachment. I say this as a studied psychologist, all these black and white labels are quite harmful. Many, many people struggle with relationships and that doesn't mean you are ill or broken.
