INSTRUCTIONS / RECIPE
Pour 1 gallon of milk into the pressure cooker inner pot.
Choose "yogurt" setting.
Adjust to "boil" setting.
Make sure temperature reaches at least 180 degrees Fahrenheit. (Use "saute" setting on high if liquid is not hot enough.)
Let yogurt cool down to 108 - 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spoon some milk into container.
Add 3 tablespoons yogurt.
Mix well.
Add back into pot and stir.
Choose "yogurt" setting.
Adjust to 10 hours.
[10 hours later]
Scoop yogurt into cheesecloth bag.
Place bag in pot.
Let yogurt drain in the fridge for several hours.
Several hours later
Pour yogurt into bowl.
Add 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Add back in some whey, according to your preference.
Stir well.
