My M1200R came with the Termignoni slip-on, no db killers, it’s a bit too loud, your video confirmed that for me, cheers for that.

End cans but it's effectively a full system as it takes away the cat
The Termignoni with dB Killers in seems to be much louder than stock, however the camera position is different. Is the termi with dB louder in real life?
