They started off in Gilmore and Gardena stadiums, temporary tracks built into stadiums, wouldn't you say that technically by that logic, the turkey night GP started off on tracks kinda like Ventura, lengthwise?

Part of the reason why other than the 100+ laps was the wind, a strong westbound wind from inland started coming up with warm dry air and that took the moisture out very quickly
