My cp 1025 is printing normal words in black and white and color but coLor images are printed in b and w or images are printed in color but only half and there is blue spot and lines on the sides of the imaging drum which is green. What should i do. Should i repkace the imaging drum cartrudge or the the four toner or powder cartridges. Pls advise
my printer is also experiencing the same thing, does the message come out off paper too? Can I ask for a video sharing on how to replace the pickup roller? thank you
thanks i will try make video for you. But for now you can try with other my videos that show how to replace or adjust pick up roller . It is nearly the same for all printer hp.

John Hart when you print the paper no letters all or have some part you check all toner cartridges contact with high voltage board or check image drum

i am so sorry for late. for attention light keep on blinking come from many parts.but usually from sensor not close correctly . re close all covers behind sensor always get bad. and then check all toner cartridges if have one or all running not smote can make printer error.
