How to Fix/Repair Rear Door | CP1025nw Color LaserJet

I have the same rear door open problem and tried everything but the problem continued. I finally fixed the problem by opening the case(right side panel) and clean the connector therein(spraying contact cleaner). Your video helped me a lot. My printer is CP1025.

This is not practical may be after service (tying).. How custmer can remove jamed paper from that rear door area?
