I'm amazed at the waves.& in Ireland too !! I was born in the U.S, but have Irish roots, W/lineage going back to "County Cork"! One of my bucket lists, #2, on it, is to see "Ireland's Beauty " W/me Irish eyes, mates. I'll be hoping for a Irish brother to let me have a place to lay my head down at night as I travel the country I'm srlf sufficient!! Love to see the breaks there,! Thank brother's :)

Grew up surfing in snow N.E USA but was never this big. Heavy Irish waves then the coldddd. Respect. Late takeoffs on big gnarly freezing barrels no problem then falls 5:10 walking carefully on rocks. Epic
this year I'm going to surf here it's at mullaghmore it's close to a place called bundoran which is also really good. in county Sligo , Donegal Ireland.
What type of rocker are they using on their boards to prevent nose-diving in these hollow waves! I know rocker(nose bend) is not the only important element eg.tail float, but I'm looking for a board that wont loose to much paddle speed, but can make decent use of the slingshot effect of hollow waves! Currently surfing Skeleton Bay and have issues with Nose-diving! Already changed my takeoff a bit to turn earlier, but that doesn't seem to be enough! DO ANY OF YOU HAVE THIS ISSUE?
