Here is a pack job i did to help out a student. There are many ways. Many people change their pack job. Mine has changed a few times but this is how i have done it for a few years. I have almost 4,000 jumps and I like this. If you are ever having consistent off heading openings you can try doing the reduction folds the opposite side first, or fold them half way in then half again, this way it is symmetrical.
