I have a the original Gil Hibbens throwing knife. It's a great all around knife and thrower. Not sure how good they are now since you get 3 for what I paid for one 30 years ago. Lol
Love your target range. Have you ever tried any of Gil Hibbens throwing knives? Like them a lot. But I've broke many of those SOG throwing knives and a lot of other "cheap" throwing knives.
KBar is a good brand but I do prefer cold steel from my time in the military. Seen most of thier knives make it thru the toughest of situations like Kevlar and even thru a car hood and into the engine block!! Thanks for sharing friend!
I have a bunch of cold steel throwing knives and the are great ,I like the jack daggers.i bought a couple of the thunder horse knives from kabar.they haven't arrived yet but I hope they are as good as the cold steel knives
Go for a set of spyder co throwing knives,Smith and Wesson, Cold Steel or anything except that Ka bar crap. They're selling the name,not the usual quality expected of Ka bar, but the price says it all,pay for crap you'll get it. I have set #4 of 500 made buck Strickland throwing knives and They're so easy to use, Anyone could make them stick.
I like knives . It easy to carry a small set of knives and no one gives a second look . As apposed to a gun that sets people off . For what ever reason. I can carry a eight inch set of light throwers and do my work run around in public no comments. They have long slender blade I can sink in pine easily quater inch so I know they will penetrate a body really good . With the way these shooters target unprotected people and in places most dont or cant carry firearms . I feel way more safe.
On an unrelated subject, what is that very short barreled shotgun at the top of the rack (looks like a short barreled Coach gun) in the beginning of the video? Is that a 10 gauge?
Dam they not side Sharp it's those toy throwing ones that are throwin with the tip instead of the handle like a real self defense knifes because if it comes down to it it's gotta be able to function like a last ditch knife and able to slice and cut with it's edge especially if you're opponent is too close to throw it at them🤔😔🤦🏻

those plastic tip protectors are to prevent shoplifting. it keeps them from being leveraged against the packaging to wedge them out.

You usually go hunting with a rifle, or back in the past a bow/crossbow or a spear so yeah, a knife is by far inferior.
