@aquibhussain240 that's when you apply for a course taught in german, I am going to apply for the courses taught in english and hence I'll need only ielts or TOEFL certificate and about the one extra year you just need to get a rank in jee advance which could be done

As a student in Germany, let me tell you current government has collapsed in Germany, thiers election in 2025 Feb, and new government are gonna make process 3-4x tougher then it used to, because in mass amount muslim immigrants are protesting in Germany and many of them are illigal immigrants, they are destroying public properties and insanely protesting for Palestine so german citizens are demanding to deport them and stop immigrations, so I would advise you to aim for any country but not Germany
