Can anyone from Ireland tell me, what the hell has happened to the Tayto crisps? Back in the 80's & 90's, they were amazing. They would always be fresh and light, and melt in your mouth. Now i find, i'm lucky if they are fresh at all. What i find now is, they are hard, like they were gone out of date, and this is with crisps that are months from expiring. Wondering are the potatoes they are using now, the problem? Something has gone wrong. Last time i had a really fresh bag, was when i got a large multi pack at christmas, and that was years ago. I usually eat the walkers now. At least they are fresh, and not hard.
