I've got bad enough anxiety that I can never watch The Bear. I live that stuff every day, I don't need the stress of a kitchen fine-tuned by writers to extract the most possible drama. I do love seeing you recreate the dishes.

The Italian beef sandwich obv. But yellow stone has a lot of food you could try especially steak stuff. Try the CAKE STEAK. The chocolate cake was really cool cuz it was in a cast iron pan.

You should do the food scene from Lord of the Rings The Return of the King:
Where the king bites into that cherry tomato and it gushes all over the place while Sawyer sings you a song and the babish team fights in the streets of New York.

I'm actually kind of surprised that you didn't try to use funyuns for the tortilla espanola since a lot of recipes for that include onions as well as potato.
