Subramian Swamy is an #intellectual in thought but a #dhimmi physically and a #failure politically. He was the Minister for Law & Justice in Govt of India from Nov 1990 to June 1991, but did not do anything to set up a Commission of Inquiry or even to introduce a Bill to safeguard properties of Kashmiri Pandits.
All what he is saying is #hogwash. He is also culprit in our #genocide (for inaction) whereas the main culprits were Farooq Abdullah (CM until Jan 1990), George Fernandes (for not allowing Indian Army to do flag march), Rajiv Gandhi (for not taking any action to safeguard Hindus until Nov 1989) and a host of others (incl. VP Singh and Chandrasekhar) plus the Jihadis and local Kashmiri Muslims (in Police and Administration)

Liked the concept of sending Ex-serviceman to settle first and then Kashmiri pandits.
Hindus should be settled in Kashmir with adequate protection and self defence. Throw the article 35A which was clandestinely added to the constitution by the Congress.
During the Indian independence in 47, Nehruji was advised to make Jammu and Kashmir one state so that there will be a Hindu majority. But our foolish spineless leader and his cronies di not take the good advice in the name of secularism and religious tolerance. We may lose Kashmir to Pakistan at any moment and China will catalyse this in order to attack and capture our N E Frontiers. Wait and see.

Lets not call it Kashmiri Pandit's issue any more. They were forced out because they are Hindus. They were forced out because of their religion. So, atleast call it Kashmiri Hindu expulsion and sending back of Kashmiri Hindus. As long as we don't treat this as atrocity on Hindus and limit it to Kashmiri Pandit's, we will never identify the real problem which is atrocity against Hindus because of their religion. And Hindus from other regions are not going to connect and identify with them.
Unfortunately in the name of fighting for freedom, the congress was responsible for weak position on Kashmir, which resulted in driving Hindus out and turning into mini Pakistan.
Some Kashmiri Pundits do not want to go back as they have settled down in their current place of residence. They have been canvassing to the Government to allow them to stay in their current domicile states.

Come what may, first and foremost job is to rehabilitate 5.5 million Hindus. Give them back their land, give them arms and ammunition or fearless cover. Secondly, Azad Kashmir was taken from Hindus and hence all Muslims must go to Azad Kashmir. Problem is solved brother ever.

Kashmiris have painful memories. That is why they don't want to go back. They have made peace within themselves. Settled all over the globe and integrated. That's another reason why they don't feel the desire or need to go back. It's been exact 30 years now. The young generation of Kashmiri pandits weren't born in Kashmir. For them the land holds no value. They have fear of the what happened to their families- their fathers, brothers, uncles, their mothers, sisters, aunts.
The pandits trusted the muslims like their own brother. They were blood. Their trust has been broken. They have lived in shock, not only of physical harm, but also the trust that was breached by their muslim brothers. This is something an outsider cannot understand. The deep love and trust they shared irrespective of their religion. That has been infringed upon.
It is a long journey that the pundits have to take. A physical as well as a spiritual one. It is not going to be easy.
The more you insist, the more you are going to push them away.
I have friends. I know. I have lived with them too.
They need to be treated with so much of loving care.
They have to be weaned off of their fear and distrust. No one...and I say again..no one came for them. No one raised their voice for them like it is happening for the muslims...
So why would they go back to an insecure life again...what guarantee is their, if the Modi government doesn't remain. Can the Indian public guarantee their safety. Apart from all this, they have settled in the best of places around the world with the best of professional degrees, enjoying the comfort of a home and basic luxury that was denied to them as refugees in Jammu.
When the Punjabi came from newly formed Pakistan, all effort was made to integrate them. However no effort was made for the pandits 30 years back. The congress government choose to ignore it from the very start.
From the bottom of my heart I wish that Kashmiri pandits go and settle in their ancestral land where they rightfully belong with full safety, without fear. And flourish in abundance.

Don't call Kashmir Pandits. Can we change the term to Kashmir Hindus. Reasons below
1. In Kerala sabarimala issue has been taken as Malayalee problem
2. West Bengal Hindus are forced to convert to Islam it was taken as a problem if Bengalees
3. Jallikattu protest in Tamilnadu was considered as Tamils problem
4. Recently Navabrindavan in Karnataka was attacked still we think it is a kannadians issue

Mughal power ended by maratha in battle of Bhopal and Ajit Rathore the rajput ruler of Marwar already broke the Mughal power in 1721. He entered red fort and slit throat of farukhsiyar. Don't forget sitaram Roy of bengal (1658 to 1707). The ahoms, the jatts. Why only give credit to maratha and Sikhs? And in 1795? Are you on drugs. Even the Mughal ruler at Delhi was a maratha puppet after battle of Delhi between Mughal and maratha in 1734. Marathas could not even defeat jatts of bharatpur.Your history is weak. Your history knowledge comes from NCERT

Did I understand that right that the intend is to trade Arunchal Pradesh against Kashmir? I hope not. Boths are Indian states. I cannot see any reason what so ever why India, which has already lost sooo much of its original land, should give up even more. I also would not call this attitude a patriotic mindset. Kashmir belongs to India. Phaka! There is no question about getting it back: United. The earlier - the better.
